I love your concept... the bones give it a great touch (and probably because I love human backbones).
The Makeup is beautiful and fitting, too!
The reflection looks so surreal, perhaps because the water moved a bit. I'd say this picture is "eerie-lovely" when the shadow would be more intensive.
Anyway, all in all it's a wonderful picture.
