“Ante up, Courtney’s deal,” Zack said. “Amy, what penalty do you want?”
Amy looked down at her body, now down to just her bra and panties, and said, “I guess I’ll take my first bondage.”
“Good enough.” He checked a card, then said, “Your bondage style is ‘rope’ and your first bondage item is a tape gag.” He took a roll of tape over to her, pulling off a piece, and gesturing for her to let him put it on.
“Gag? Oh. How do I…?”
“Hand signals. Now hush.” He leaned forward and placed the tape over her mouth.
“There we go. Okay?”
“Mm.”
“Excellent. Time to start the round.”
Divya riffled her cards a bit, then said, “Check.”
Eun nodded and said, “Ten.”
Amy opened both hands twice. “Raise ten?” Zack said, and Amy nodded.
“Call, I guess,” Beverly said reluctantly. “I’ll take off my skirt.” Her blouse didn’t quite cover her blue-and-white-striped panties.
“Sure, let’s call,” Courtney said.
Divya frowned and called as well, as did Eun. Each of them then took three cards. Amy took one, and Beverly and Courtney both took three.
“I can’t check now?” Divya asked.
“No, bet or fold.”
Divya stared at her cards, then said, “Okay. Five.”
Eun looked at her cards. “If I fold now, I’ll have to strip for ante, right? And I could be picked to strip by the winner?”
“Correct,” Zack answered.
“Fine. Call. I’ll take off my blouse.” It revealed a thin white bra as she pulled it off and handed it aside.
Amy opened both hands once and one hand again. “Raise ten again?” Zack asked, and Amy nodded.
“I’m out,” Beverly said.
“Can’t win if you keep folding, Bev,” Courtney said. Then she looked at her cards. “That said, no sense throwing good money after bad. I’m out, too.”
“Raise ten,” Divya said, looking at Amy.
“No,” Eun said. “I’m out.”
Amy gave a thumbs up and showed her cards.
“Two pair, tens over nines. Nice. Divya, can you beat it?”
“Aces over kings.”
Amy grumbled through her gag.
“Your pot, Divya. Almost enough for two penalties, but not quite. You have to choose Courtney.”
“Oh, tragic. Courtney, I guess I have to choose you. Sorry.”
“Oh, well.” She pulled off her dress, revealing a gold-colored bandeau bikini underneath. “Nice bluff there, by the way. ‘Oh can I check?’”
“It’s how the game is played,” Divya said.
