An enigmatic race that takes many forms, often 'mirroring' others. It's skin is made up of living ceramic, and the only notable feature is a great hole in the middle of the 'face' that sometimes emits wispy trails of sulfurous smoke or an eery howl that makes the skin crawl.

They are able to withstand extremes of hot and cold, sometimes taking on small cracks like a microwaved bowl of china that swiftly heal. This one appears to have taken some shots from a high-caliber gun.
