I'm given a description and 'Clan' guidelines. Sometimes they're rough so I get to design most of it but every now and then they have something a little more specific in mind.

Hmmm... there's some Motoko Kusanagi going on there... It's another of the great things of designing Urban Rivals, paying homages. Do they ask you for specific cards or how does it work?

The guy with the Candy Jack totally reminds me of the Boomer from Left4Dead

And my only wonder is how the commando-girl, according to her shoulder epaulettes, has never been officially promoted from her first and third stages. Being only only a corporal seems reasonable to start off, but by stage three I'd expect her to be some sort of sergeant-major.
