This piece was uploaded into my stash on the 2nd of June (2012) in preparation of TDC, whenever Hades would have finally get his armor evolution. However, it never made an appearance among my entries. At least it's done and there is no reason for me to not post it as a normal deviation. Hope you enjoy it still :3
To those who wonder, Lycadramon is not canon, I've made up the design.

I've always loved armor evolution. Some of the evolutions are cool, some are weird, but you my friend; are one of the few who make it awesome! 
Btw, Gazimon, being one of the first baddies in the first season, have a special place in my nerdy digimon heart.

This is awesome. I just want to know what made you choose all those different digimon under the digi-egg of friendship? Not saying there isn't anything wrong with them, because I think they are good choices, just curious is all.

They were mostly random choices of Beast Digimon that are known (or favored by me personally

Very cool sequence. I really like how Lycadramom looks like he could actually exist in the Digital world. So many invented Digimon don't fit into the universe-- they are "too cool" or look "too powerful." You designed him very well.
I wonder, though, what is the significance of the gaggle of mons behind wire-frame Gazimon?

Well, I thought that since the Digimental of Friendship usually turns digimons into beast digimon, I'd show a bunch of random beast digimon in the background (rather than, show only Gabumon's evolution like in season two). Similarly, if it was the Digimental of Courage, the color scheme would be much warmer, more fiery and the background would be filled with all sorts of dragon/reptile digimon.
