That looks great, I really like the kind of thoughtful look and how you framed the image. As if the arm was a strong line from right to left and the hair one from top to bottom, and the face caught right between these lines. The strong colours are nice as well, but I still think you could tone them down just a tiny bit...they are different enough from each other to still be strong, even if you gave them less saturation
