This was sooo much fun to color, but the background nearly gave me a heartattack.. I got pretty frustrated with it
For those of you who haven't seen the description for the lineart version of this, this is basically my take on how Prowl and Sunstreaker would get along were they to interact. Both are incredibly stubborn and believe that they're right and demand control of any and all situations, so it's likely that they would clash like this.
I think Sunny's face was the most fun to color, I paid close attention to correctly rendering the different planes of it. The background began turqoise with mixes of red, but eventually Sunny's aggresive presence became priority and I decided to give him a more powerful/intimidating look by having the background done in his colors.
I greatly appreciate any thoughts, comments, questions and/or constructive critique! ^_^

That is actually one of the best depictions of Sunstreaker I've ever seen. Seriously. The shape and coloring of his fins, faceplate, and helm in general. Nice Job 
....He's still gonna lose to Prowler though

Oh wow, thank you! sometimes I get so technical when drawing Transformers, I try to make it look like everything could properly move and function XD;
Haha agreed, it's been demonstrated plenty of times in the IDW comics that bots can smack Prowl around and get away with it

Holy slag, Sunstreaker looks Scary. But Prowl ain't backin' down.
If I look long and hard for something to critique, I'd maybe say that the shape of Prowl's wheel looks a bit wonky. But that's it. This is a very powerful piece. Love the slightly-abstract rendering.

Thank you so much!^_^ I had a ball working with so much yellow--I'm usually working with greys and other dark colors to offset my characters, so it was fun doing something different

Oh thankya! ^_^ The gleam was actually a last minute decision because I felt like their eyes were getting lost amongst all the bold colors around them, so I used it to draw the focus towards them ^_^
