Chill is one of the victims that was experimented by an organisation along with his fellow brethren which lead to him mutated into what he is now. Chill is a calm and relaxing guy that has no issue hanging out with others. However, he is also the most laziest person in the world. He tends to spend most of his time around the house usually sleeping, which he wouldn't bother to wake up not matter what method you tried to do (except for Pyro because of his shenanigans makes a huge ruckus that could cause problem for him). While he is a very lazy and laid-back type of person, he does care about his fellow mutant brethren and help out those in need.
