Nice composition: the foreground and background are well separated, but the horizon line seems to be a little too central. Luckily, the clouds make the image dynamic enough .

Yeah, you're right with the horizon lines.
But total composition I think is enough good to look at with no problems with perception
Or this is only my personal feeling...
