Here she is from looooooooooooooooooong ago, Kiyoki Mayumi all new and improved.

She is from the Leaf's dragon clan, who do not participate in the missions. Rather they stay hidden and give some of the special ANBU forces hand to hand combat training.
Mayumi is one of Kakashi's friends but she keeps denying it as she finds him a pervert who keeps coming up with excuses for being late, though she did train alot with him Mayumi prefers to stay hidden and witness things from a distance.

After Rage succeeded in Kakashi's bell training, Kakashi suggested Mayumi to train Rage. Naruto went along the ride and was granted access aswell, Mayumi tested both Rage and Naruto out for their combat skills after that Mayumi discovered Shenryu and decided to teach Rage some Kuchiyose no Jutsu so he could summon Shenryu. With this Shenryu managed to take different sizes after a summon. Naruto got a scroll to learn more about Kuchiyose no Jutsu so he can perform it much better.
