Another scene, which I didnt really plan, made this a while ago. It's Rage going to fight against Majin Buu the fat one.Rage arrived later after submitting defeat to Mr. Satan as he stole #18's idea to make more money.
Rage explained to Buu that there are alot of different kinds of Saiyans, he went SSJ2 and explained he was capable of manipulating the electricity.
Gohan was already fighting Majin Buu and Rage came to back him up.

Yup, Rage is capable of using Shocker Punch, Thunder Dragon, Lightning Forecast, Voltage Absorb and Spark Wave.
He can also magnetize his electricity to attract or push.

No he stores electricity that his body can't contain or really long to summon it later on or get energy back, sometimes he uses a few thunder dragons to summon it
also his electric energy can run out, but his power keeps the same, he can get electricity back if his enemy can perform electric attacks or if he
gets hit on which he uses voltage absorb.

got almost killed.
