So I just made a navigation menu for a website I am designing, I don't have a preloader yet but I will be adding one.If you click a different color in the upper right the scheme will change. My personal favorite is the JaggedIce theme, the buttons were taken from CartoonSmart.com so check out their website for some great vector art and the Christmas Lights were given to me by a fellow Deviant.
