Billy is certainly herself that's for sure, and she wouldn't allow anything less. She likes to do things her own way and absolutely hates to rely on others. The girl is an unbelievably stubborn soul, she'll take things way too far after she's started something. Unfortunately, she can get quite in over her head pretty quickly as she doesn't often consider the consequences of her actions. She is pretty easily angered and interprets just about everything uncomfortable as such so she can avoid it, gotta be tough and all. She's loves to play pranks and other wise stir up mischief, especially against smaller, wimpier students. Although she tends to keep to herself most of the time, to the friends she does have she will be absolutely tight. God help whoever breaks their hearts, she'll break their bones. May or may not have been murdering sailors before coming to school.

• History :

Was born into a rather rough and destructive pod of merpeople. They were the kind who liked to sink ships and shit. The more shit you wrecked, the higher the pod's esteem of you. So naturally she was sure to partake in their antics. She did an excellent job, and was even in the running for the next pod leader due to her toughness and strength. Unfortunately since her pod didn't exactly value the lives of other beings, or think ahead, it was only a matter of time before they stepepd on too many humans' toes.

One day while the pod was hunting, humans came by with harpoons, thinking they were sharks trying to steal the tuna they netted. Billy fled when she heard the shots and watched in horror as her pod was decimated. She swam away as fast as possible. But the ocean is a big, dark, place. It quickly became lonely, and even terrifying. All this was made worse by the guilt she felt about the whole thing. She blamed herself for surviving, for not being strong enough to save them. For not being brave enough to go fight with them. For not living up to their vision of her.

She eventually wandered upon a small sea-floor town of sorts with all kinds of creatures. It was here she learned of the academy. She was hesitant at first, the very idea of learning about humans made her sick. But a chance to be around other creatures, and having a home of sorts, appealed to her. As much as she would hate to admit it. It wasn't like a violent sharky mermaid fit in well with other sorts of sea monsters anyways. She applied to Doki Doki Highschool and made it in.
