UPDATE: Nintendo blocked hoopa and volcanion from appearing in secret bases, sorry.I made this to fill peoples pokedex, if you can't get Hoopa, Arceus, Volcanion, Genesect, Deoxys, and Mega-Diancie.
you cant trade Hoopa or Volcanion yet
note: it won't give you the pokemon, it will just fill your pokedex, or it should, let me know if it doesnt work please~

what number in dex are the ones that aren't blocked by nintendo

You generate a QR code in your base, save it to your SD card, then put your SD card into your PC then download the QR code.
