Appearance: Big Pegasus with blue coat and White and dark blue markings he is Mix of Clydesdale, Gypsy Vanner and shire and Belgian draft and also Percheron, he has long and fluffy feathered hooves, he has very long, soft and silky mane and tail, he has big scar over his right eye and three scars on his chest, very fluffy and soft fur, he has a 7'7 wing span
Built: very muscular/strong built, has very strong and long legs, very tall, huge hooves

personality: gentle, protective, selfless (he'll offer poor people money/food and shelter), fatherly, very loyal to his friends and family, he is pretty calm, he's extremely friendly, gentle giant, loving, he has really great sense of humor, he has the patience of a saint, he can be extremely hard to get angry (one thing to get him angry easily/quickly is to hurt or insult one of his daughters or his family and/or his friends), he can be strict when/if he needs to be, very dangerous when angry or being protective (he will start growling or snarling and his eyes turn red and start glowing), he has trust issues he has been betrayed and cheated on a lots of times and you need to earn his trust first), he can be over protective at times, Blitz can be very intimidating to most but he is actually friendly, Blitz will standup for people who are getting mistreated, insulted, or those who can't standup for themselves, he is very generous, Blitz will save/protect those in need, Blitz loves to give hugs and also receive hugs

Powers: super strength, super speed (when flying or running), has very sharp vision and hearing (can see or hear over 500 miles away when/if needed) and he can't be sneaked on as he has 360-degree vision (but Blitz can sneak on you however without a sound if he needs to be sneaky or walk quietly but otherwise he has quite heavy footsteps) and X-ray vision, magic wings (works the same way as unicorn's horn) his magic is very powerful even more powerful then all the princesses combined and is as gifted as starlight and knows lots of powerful spells, can teleport, can create strong magic shields and create magic swords, can shapeshift to anypony or anything (like changelings has, his transform color is metallic blue like changelings have green)his magic color is magenta/fuchsia pink like his eye color, he can change his voice to be male or female or even a child's, can change into animals or other creatures and he is immortal (he can be killed but he'll come back to life but before he hit a certain age (30) he'd reincarnate and he'd have all of his memories from he's past lives), Blitz has incredible memory he'll remember everything (past lives- faces-descriptions to names (when you tell him) and he has dad senses

Rainbow Blitz is the biological father of Scootaloo (he was created loooooooong (like 2014) before Mane Allgood and Snap Shutter were revealed) He is the ruler of three kingdoms Blitz is 5 years older then Celestia, He loves his daughter (Scootaloo) more then anything she is his world and will do anything to protect her, his wife Lola (low breeze) is very abusive towards Scootaloo but she is afraid of Blitz and won't go near Scoot when Blitz is nearby, when Blitz sees Lola or anypony or anything hurting or insulting Scootaloo he will do anything to protect her,when ever Scootaloo is afraid she usually hides underneath/between his legs or behind him or he is standing protectively in front or over her, he will never let anypony get away hurting his daughter, Blitz is not Scootaloo's only father she has three one of them is unknown and other is Blitz's rival and nemesis Mondiego or Twilif he is the one who accidentally gave Blitz his powers Blitz was used as test subject and Twilif never got the powers back, Twilif also tried to kill Scootaloo when she was only 2 weeks old Twilif wanted scoot for himself but Blitz refused and Twilif said "if I can't have her then no pony can!" Twilif then attacked them but was stopped by Blitz he saved scoot and teleported her somewhere safe, he fought with Twilif and got his scars and was turned to stone (few years later) Scoot was adopted by Mane Allgood and Snap Shutter Blitz got out of his stone prison but was different his Rainbow hair turned red and his tail turned darker shade of red. Blitz was now RedBlaze (RedBlade is Scootaloo's uncle he is Lola's older brother and older twin) but he was furious and turned evil and was evil for over 10 years he walked into Scoot one day who stopped and just looked at him Apple bloom and sweetie belle were with her RedBlaze asked "what are you looking at kid?" She answered with "oh nothing I just thought you looked like someone I knew" (Scootaloo remembers Blitz but not fully only remembers his eyes and voice) few years later Blitz managed to get free from being controlled and Scootaloo and her friends saw everything she asked "is that him?" scoot walked up to Blitz and asked "are you my real father?" He turned and said "yes that'd be me Scootaloo", Scootaloo: "DAD!" Scootaloo yelled happily and jumped into his loving embrace. few months later Scoot was able to redeem Redblade and was able to talk to him and he told her that he is her uncle and that she has two uncles. Few years later they all are together and happy they live together in very large cloud house that has 15 floors and 100 (that Blitz built himself) different rooms including a kitchen and living room and bedrooms and bathrooms, when Mane Allgood and Snap Shutter heard about Scootaloo finding her biological father they got jealous and came to take her away but didn't succeed

Scootaloo has separation anxiety and can't be away from Blitz more then 2 weeks if she's alone or Blitz is not home she will cry and call for him, Scootaloo also can't sleep alone so she always sleeps next to blitz or if his not home she'll just sleep on his bed till he comes back, Scootaloo is handicap she can't fly because her wings are not strong enough unlike her father's who's wings are huge (no Scootaloo is not jealous she just loves looking at his majestic wings), Scootaloo loves wearing Blitz's clothes
