The robots have taken over. Humans are treated equally to all other animals. Rusty is the owner of the Toronto Pound for Humans. He is very humane with them. He feeds them every week, and doesn't whip them that much. And euthanasia is a quick injection.Yeah, you probably get the symbolism here.
