Description
A Simple technique tutorial, inspired by my wallpaper! 'Stella240552 & The Space Cat' [link](Also, this is my favourite technique.)
You have to read from bottom, follow the Space Cat Family to the top, and found the starry sky.
Enjoy~
P.S. I forgot to mention that this guide is for Photoshop user, but I think other software can do the same thing.
