meh...i was SERIOUSLY bored during my free period at school today....so i drew this....but don't worry....i didn't waste my entire free time drawing....i studied as well ( not that any of you actually care) XDRelated content

That expression of her is adorable, although she isn't adorable. 
You would like to get tips. The only advice, I could give is: take care of the ear. It doesn't fit to her face, because it is too small (Earring balances it out). And it's not drawn correctly (even if you use that sketchy technique, it looks wrong somehow).
But I like this picture though.
