I can't figure out how to change the colour of the glow. >_<;; My photoshop (elements 2.0) evidently doesn't have that option...

Good tutorial. I find it's better to use the angular maquee tool, rather than the oblong shape one, so you can make the blade taper slightly towards the top (or alternatively have it widening if it is in a sweeping mothin).
