With their numbers dwindling even faster due to Kamen Rider Nigo's arrival, the Ark Shocker Troops all unlock their upgrades. Some of the troops transform their arms into guns, in exchange for speed and power they now have enhanced targeting system and different kinds of gun formation: rapid fire and explosive rounds. Their alternate counterparts are more for close quarter combat, their arms produce blade attachments that can extend up to another meter at will, they also have superior coordinating system that allow them to strike at the enemy whilst avoiding each other and minimizes the chance for the target to strike back.

With these upgrades the Ark Shocker Troops are now able to fight back against the Legendary Duo, while not enough to defeat the riders. It does allow them to slowly separate the two in an effort to overwhelm them. The vast number of Ark Shocker Troops now surround the battlefield from when Ark Blazing Dragon and Another Ramen once fought, slowly they overflow to other parts of the city. Yua asks help from Aruto, with the resources of Hiden Intelligence they launched defensive measures such as newer Gigers to be manned by the A.I.M.S. members to help defend the city.

The newer Gigers are the same size as the original Gigers, but they have enhanced armor and have limited built in ranged weaponry. They look the same as the original Gigers except that they have the color scheme of Breaking Mammoth. Since most of the Ark Shocker Troops are concentrated at KR Ichigo and KR Nigo's location, the ones roaming in the city are scattered and easily defeated by the Gigers, however if the Gigers are overwhelmed they will fall easily.

Eventually the Ark Shocker Troops manage to separate KR Ichigo and KR Nigo apart, enough for them to be slowly overwhelmed by the coordination of the variants.
