Aren't the arms a bit long for a T-Rex.
It looks great though. I like the idea of an arm-mounted henshin device.

Funny thing is. I've been working on an idea for a Zero-One rider with a gauntlet styled driver myself. Though in my case the character has a partially cybernetic arm and the driver is built into it.
