"Kamen Rider X-Bone (pronounced Cross-bone) hails from an alternate timeline where Katsuragi Takumi didn't confront Evolt as soon as he discovered his plan, choosing to hide in the shadows and carefully undermine his operations piece by piece, slowly raising his Hazard Level for the time he could confront Evolt.

Eventually, he came across the captured Misora and a man named Yuki Shishio, who had an abnormally high Hazard Level for a human being first exposed to the Nebula Gas. Takumi hacked into the lab's systems, and Yuki took the advantage to escape with Misora, as well as taking some of the FullBottles and a Pandora's Box Panel at Takumi's instructions.

When Takumi tested Yuki's body with the Build Driver, he ended up testing KaizokuResshya form first, which held for a bit before painfully disengaging. Takumi did a little more digging (along with some painful testing), and found that the Densha FullBottle was reacting against him. Yuki jokingly connected it to his tendency to be late to meetings and events by stopping to help people along his route. So with a little fiddling and a new invention, the X-Whale, Yuki was able to transform completely into a new Rider, Kamen Rider X-Bone."

He's armed with the Surge Anchax, which can cleave and crush with powerful force, and the SloopShield, which can also launch the TowLine Grapple to act as a winch to draw enemies in or to move around quickly.
