NAME HIM, IT, WHATEVER IT ISIt's supposed to be a mix of Kuuga and Agito with imperfections like Another Agito and Gills.
I was planning to use Another Kuuga, but that'll be taken officially by the kaijin in Zi-O
RULES:

Oh that's neat. Let me think. An original Arcle user who tried to become Kuuga but accidentally awoke the Seed of Agito within himself. The interaction of Amadam's energy and the Seed caused an unexpected and dangerous mutation that couldn't be called Kuuga or Agito yet was easily as powerful as either. What worse the poor man who became this existence was considered an abomination by the Linto and Lords alike and thus was given a suitable name and deemed a living curse.
Kumotta
(Japanese for Clouded. Since Kuuga is partially inspired by the reading of Kuga, a word for Clear-Self. You could even have the A as an alpha symbol representing his touching upon Agito but not full achieving it. All I've got at the moment.)

Kamen Rider Abrogo (Figuratively it means to take away, in latin law it implied abolishing a law).
I went with that name since it gives off the appearance of a demon, thus putting it in my head that this is the result of the god of darkness attempting to create the same 'seed' his counterpart did. Essentially an anti-Agito.
