Ever moving, never movingThrough life I go
Up and down
Back and forth
I move move move everyday
Yet never do I go anywhere
Anywhere new
anywhere different
I just keep my constant never changing motion
like the grass waving in the wind
Never does it stop moving
But yet never does it go anywhere
Ever stuck in its spot
It sits waving back and forth
Just hoping as waves in its motions
That it may be ripped up from its roots
Flung to the wind,
set a drift
To be carried somewhere new
Somewhere different
I sit here waving in my motions
Like the ever waving grass
Hoping to be ripped up
Flung to the wind
Ending my
motionless motion
