Rose, Lisa, Renee, and Kevin's parents, Charlotte and Andrew. Charlotte and Andrew died the same way Ciel's parents did - Their mansion was burnt down. Charlotte has a hint of gold in her hair, while the rest of it is pink. Renee died in the latter time as a child. She was a sweet girl with pink hair, and died only 5 years old.
