Description
After the incredible job did with my Kamen Rider Star, and after watching more Kamen Rider Shows, I was inspired to make another Kamen Rider.

Kamen Rider I Ching is an evil Rider based on the I Ching Trigams. (Note: The fourth symbol really means "water," but it's meant to mean "moon" here)

On the Homeworld of the Wuxing (the origin planet of Kiro's amulet) there existed a forbidden practice of using five other elements. One individual by the name of Ignich became curious of this practice and eventually found texts detailing how to learn it.

Ignich learned how to use these five elements, at the cost of being unable to use the original five, and to be consumed by their power. Ignich went on a rampage, demanding someone worthy enough to face him. He was captured, his powers restrained, and the texts he used to learn the practice were destroyed.

Ignich was sentenced to execution for learning the forbidden practice and for the lives he destroyed during his rampage. However, Ignich was spared thanks in part to the invasion of the war-like Matrung. The Matrung took an interest in Ignich and brought him on board their ship, his powers still restrained. Ever since, whenever the Matrung was having difficulty with a planet, they would send out Ignich to tip the balance to their favor.

After several failures to eliminate Kamen Rider Wu Xing, the Matrung decided to fight fire with fire. They provided Ignich with a belt made from data on Wu Xing's belt, meant to focus Ignich's powers, and sent him to Earth. There, he revealed himself to Wu Xing and transformed into Kamen Rider I Ching.

Mountain Symbol- I Ching's strength is increased enough to possibly rival Wu Xing's Earth Form

Thunder Symbol- Can manipulate and absorb electricity

Sky Symbol- Can manipluate air pressure, allowing I Ching to hit with the force of the atmosphere and fly

Moon Symbol- Can manipulate gravity and create a force field around I Ching while levitating

Wind Symbol- Can manipulate wind and run at speeds to rival Wu Xing's Water Form
