Thank you. It was intended to be a Modern style house but relate to traditional styles by material use, like the ashlar stone facade.

The happy part is that this house looks great.
The sad part is that this while, not the standardly used design, is a pretty good model of the average size of a one family house in my nation.

I rather like small houses better than large ones (which doesn't seem to be the norm in USA). I would love to live in a small, well designed house over a huge drafty mansion, but that's just me.

I think there is a lot like you in the US of A, but the tradition sadly calls for poeple to own super sized houses.
