Welcome to the dark reccesses of my mind.......

What can I say? Well this is one of a few drawings I did in an effort to freak out a friend of mine, this started as a monster doodle in a lecture, and his reaction was so amusing I decided to see how far I could run with it.

One of my very very few coloured drawings, you will see from another that I dont have much skill or decent tools for the job, hopefully i'll be practicing on photoshop this summer to make up for it. For now just a few poor clouring pencils.

As for the bonewriath, it started as a drawing of a skull with a split mandible bone and then had the open chest feature below it with the drooping tongue, I then added this to a bony skeletal body which at first seemed silly, but when i added the long legs it seemed perfect. The surafe is meant to seem skinless so all tendonds and muscle apart from the skull which is all bone with bleeding eyesockets, though some detail was lost because my stupid camera wouldnt focus right.

I enjoy drawing monsters, along with robots and such it feels like one of the few trully creative areas, plus freaking out people is fun. Somone give me a job desiging monsters........
