I tried to look like Billy, the little freaky doll from the Saw movies.(used pscs3)

cool, lol I actually painted my face to look like Billy last halloween! I thought that this was real (paint) and that's what it reminded me of.

i love it, it seems as if he's knows just what your thinking...
btw you did it on photoshop, right? i dont get how you did that on photoshop. I don't mean it as a compliment; although, no doubt I admire your skill- but did you draw it? I have a touchscreen computer, and use the stylus on the screen to draw on ps. could this be the problem?

thanks. yes, the only thing I used was photoshop cs3. nope I didn't draw it.. I used "gradient maps" and "curves" to get the photo look darker and give it more contrast, then I used a texture of something like rust? and melted it over the picture with the blending options. and did some adjustments with the "burn tool".
