Don't mind the terrible hooman, they aren't really my strong suit

Ray is able to make a high pitched screech that can temporarily disorient an opponent, and possibly deafen them depending on how sensitive their hearing is. The downside to this is that his own hearing isn't the best. That and his excellent eyesight are his best defense, given that he can see something coming at him from far away.

His tail feathers are stiff, allowing him to use his tail as a paddle should he end up in deep water.

Given his low strength, Ray prefers to fight using his brains and speed rather than brawn. He typically looks for some sort of weakness that he can use to gain an advantage in battle.

He lacks in strength, so he can easily be overpowered if something manages to catch him, and given that he has feathers instead of scales it isn't that hard to break his skin.

Ray is one of Razor's younger brothers, and typically spends his time out in the swamp fishing.

He is a bit of a jokester, and enjoys making others laugh when he can. He's also a bit skiddish, so he often observes other creatures from a hidden position.

Since Razor is constantly traveling about, Ray stays near the nest to watch their youngest sibling, Snapp.

He has hopes of getting a mate one day, but there aren't a lot of other austros near their swamp.

He doesn't have nearly as much fighting experience as his sister, however if anyone or anything even thinks about getting near his family he will fight tooth and claw to protect them
