Holy shading batman
The colouring of this is crazy. Looks almost painterly. The shading/colouring in his skin and hair is amazing. You can tell that you probably spent a lot of time on it.
The only thing I'm noticing with it is that the lower half of his body seems oversized. As in his feet look wider and longer than his face (I put my foot to my face to see the size proportion lol.) It could just be because I'm missing some sort of perspective or something, but his body looks just slightly out of proportion. The rips on the bottom of his pants look just a little too big and ... clumpy? Sort of like theyre being sucked into some sort of worm hole or something 
But of course the colouring makes up for any flaws it has. You've DEFINATLY improved. I'm really liking the character design too (bomber jacket 8D!).

I understand what you're saying about his feet, and normally I wouln't be doing that... but he has huge feet on purpose 'cause his species has huge feet. And then with the shoes they seem bigger 'cause... shoes do that, I think. I agree with the pants thing, though. xD
