Your main problem here is the shadow. It draws much of the attention away from the butterfly since it's so intense. I know you can't move the sun, but think about angles and how the light falls. Think about what time of day you go out to take photos.

The butterfly looks beautiful, good going getting the image so sharp. The colours are lovely and I like the contrast between the butterfly and the background.

I can't say that I like the frame you've put on the image, we read the title, we read the description, we don't need to know the type of butterfly *again*. The frame it self makes me think of screen caps with captions beneath. It just draws away from the pretty picture. The picture is more than strong enough to just stand on it's own.

I really like this shot! The only thing I might reccomend is softening the background a bit (either with a smaller DOF or darkening/slightly blurring in post-production) to put more emphasis on the butterfly. Also, I might make the shadow from the butterfly a little less extreme, or make the rest of the background darker to match it in post-production.
