Isearo: *his attention is drawn to Usaruu's scar* Hey... How'd you get that scar anyways?
*Usaruu's hood flies up a little in surprise*
Usaruu: Such terrible memories... *goes into a thought trance*
The fizzing stuff is Missingno's glitch attack on the brothers' parents. There was no trauma in getting the scar itself for Usaruu, but everything else that was happening had a very traumatic affect on him.
