This is a version of a Creeper from Brother's Shadow. [link] This is a demon who has no legs nor arms and only a stitched on smile. This demon used to be a human until a Grim Creeper came and corrupted their soul and killed them thus changing them into a Creeper. This form of Creeper collects souls that haven't been corrupted and eats them so that they may survive.
