I do the first set of lines using a Copic neutral gray marker (so damn expensive at $5.00 each, and run out really fast, as in I went through one in a weekend, but the ink laydown is really good and the nibs are really good). Then I have Copic multiliner pens to do the final ink lines. Any rendering will be digital.
