This is one thought that's kinda been haunting me for a while. But I think it's maybe about time that I get serious about my future. I mean think about it I've been out of school for an entire year now and all I've done since I graduated from bcit was; play games on my "new 3ds", hang out with my remaining irl friends sometimes, watched some movies, watch superhero themed tv shows, and spent everyday (until the last few months because my laptop is starting to go and I've lost motivation) improving my graphic designing capabilities. And now I've gotten to a point where I'm absolutely bored with everything. (I don't watch cartoons or anime anymore). I barely made any real progress with my life. I know what you're thinking, "oh you're just a young adult, you don't have to worry about any of this yet". But I think I do. What future can I have if I'm home all day? I believe it's time for me to start growing up. Leave every trace of the old me behind. Stop everything that has become nothing more than a distraction. Don't get me wrong I love playing video games but I honestly can't see myself enjoying them much longer, or anything else at the moment that gives me temporary joy. So after I get/finish bravely second (and maybe pokemon sun and moon), I'm going to be done with video games for good(even though I still have earthbound and xenoblade to beat). I know you're never too old to enjoy the things that make you happy, however I feel like there isn't anything that can bring me real joy. I'm going to have to stop being such a child and finally grow up and have a life of my own. I'm probably too old for all this anyways (at least that's how I feel about it anyways). My parents keep saying enjoy my youth but what is their left to enjoy at 19 (gonna be 19 this Sunday) years old?
