HURAY HURAY! crappy 6plz
As my crazy obsessive compulsive disorder goes: It is now time for me to thank everyone who has been reading this weird ass comic for however long Ive been doing this. When you do those -click- +fav It makes me feel like maybe people like what im making here. Then when you do the -click, ta tap tap, click- +comment telling me that you like it I am even more appreciative! Even if I for some reason don't reply because your comment was 3 letters and I didn't have anything to add except a confused nod of my head.
I hope you continue to enjoy my story as I figure out where the hell its going.
I don't know how good your monitor is but damn I got over to the previous page and on my laptop it really squishes up. Makes me so amazingly angry.. You have no idea. Lesson for the day: Never use a widescreen TV as a computer monitor while drawing. But maybe.. Its my laptop thats bad... Someone help me!! I'm loosing it!
Anyways~
This is the new size I pulled up for the pages! I'm not to sure of it at the moment. I really like having more stuff on one page it gives me all this room to make crazy shit happen but then I got so stressed when I was down to the last few panels I just wanted to end everything and go lay on the kitchen floor!
But that could be just the stress of being behind work on that game commission I put aside to work on this so Ill continue to try make the pages this size for at least 6 pages before I decide to keep or throw. Give me your opinion on the matter and it might help tip the scale. P:

It really doesn't feel like its been that long for me! It was just yesterday i swear... q^q
Haha the messed up part is im not busy at all. I have so much time some days it drives me mad. I just lost motivation when i slipped into depression. There was so much going on I unintentionally pushed the idea my comic was crapp and nobody really cared anyways. Been trying to refresh the fire ever since with little success.
Its ok though, I think im making slow progress. I start random small projects to try get the creative juice going, latest attempt is a rather random fanfiction I'm having fun with.
I'm waiting on a fair few fanfiction stories myself too. Does make me think about the people waiting on my comic and motivates me enough to consider it still on hold and not abandoned.

I really don't want to abandon this story but I feel like Ive taken way to long of a break from it and things will just get awkward if i continue... I cant even look at it without feeling sick from how much my art style has changed. xDD;

Yes, I am. I would also like motivation to start drawing comics so maybe it can be a mutual thing? That sometimes helps, I know that is a good trick to keeping me going ;DΒ
I don't believe the break is a problem, you still have many loyal fans who would love to see this story through the end <3Β
Also, if you continue drawing your creative mind will have a space place to flourish and, you know, be active.Β
Change is a great thing, it shows that you have progressed. I'm sure you are not the same person you where when you started this comic. Art styles changing is always a good thing !Β

Haha, I'm so self conscious about my art sometimes its ridiculous.
So you want to start drawing comics or you have already some in the works?? I love comics, always admired them.. I would be pleased to check out your ideas and share my ideas aswell. I actually have two other comic ideas I've written down and one I've started to work on as a mini series to help clear my head. Its pretty fun. xD
My main problems are all pretty much personal issues. Things started to drastically fall apart in my life around the time I stopped working on my comic and though things aren't as bad now I still find myself with alot less ambition than I used to.
I get motivated when I have good music or when I feel I have a really awesome idea! or sometimes just talking about a particular thing (like this conversation, currently making me want to work on one of my comics rather than going to bed. xD).
A good chat about our comic ideas would be awesome. I would like that I think.

Yeah, it's the age old artist fear. You just have to remember that everyone has their own style and even if the style evolves it's still uniquely theirs. I love your style, you make Zim look adorable <3 <3 and you shading is on point.Β

I believe there is not a single person who has not been scarred by bad experiences but as long as one thinks about these life changing events as just an opportunity for learning it helps the healing process, at least that is what I have found in myself.Β

Im hoping that by letting myself do these new ideas I will eventually get back to the old one when I've let them out my system. Even if it doesn't work and i end up with more unfinished comics... still better than doing nothing, right?
