Probably because you have to look at the computer while you draw instead of just drawing directly on the screem

Well achaly I'm using a surface pro. But for some reason the lines rn't comeing out smothly. It's driving me crazy tbh but I'm just taking is as I need to practice. But ur art is amazing as always. So cute~♡
