Description
And another one from my web page, based on Diego Cantero's dark prose. Here's the full text:
All of a sudden I realize that, little by little,
this city has turned into a miserable neighborhood.
The rats are taking over it,
occupying the desolated houses and the distant apartments.
They break in through the floor and they break in through the ceiling,
no physical barrier can stop them.
Even the frightening snakes run away terrified.
Indeed gentlemen, the world is a sewer,
and everything appears to be grey
because everything IS grey.
Who allowed my own eyes to fool me?
I will never again open the doors of my house
to let these damned rats enter
into my two by two loft, one by one.
The streets are, more and more every time, blood.
Pain and rats,
hand in hand they take over the city.
And I am a neighborhood...
...so miserable...

Yes, I agree that it reminds me of Willard... I think it's the swarm of rats... but it only seems willardish, not like... well, you know what I mean... anyhoo W's a movie about a guy and his rats and revenge and twitchiness and suchlike... very fun. ^^
I love this piece a lot, actually... the darks and lights and shadow and form... love!

Well, still no clue on what Willard is. I'm even more puzzled now as you said it's "very fun".
Anyway, the following is the piece of text in which the picture was inspired. It's in fact a pretty stright-forward interpretation.

you should put that piece in the description... and that's really awesome... I should look into reading the whole text ^^
as for willard: [link] that might clear some confusion up...
and regarding "fun"- many things can be deemed fun. Funny things, Exciting things, and things that send some sort of emotion through you that later can be thought about and appreciated in a positive manner. Yes, the mood of the piece is macabre and forlorne, still if the viewer (like myself) can enjoy it and appreciate it for what it is, then it is fun in my eyes. it is a wonderful experience.
hope that clears some thigns up ^_^

That IS the whole text. Diego Cantero is a friend of mine who started writing that kind of prose at the age of 17 or so. I find his work quite admirable, specially considering the guy had never bothered reading a book in his life.
Thanks for the link, I'm checking it right now... for one thing, I love that freaky actor, so that alone might be good a reason to check the movie
As for the "fun" thing, that was exactly my doubt, and I agree with you.
In fact I realized recently that sometimes I go even further. I was thinking of that very fact a few weeks ago, I readed Crime and Punishment and I found several scenes (such as Svidrigailov's suicide) quite fun, almost hilarious... in a weird, perverse sense. Like the scene is so grotesque and that desperate, it *necessarily* becomes funny.
I'm not sure if I can explain it clearly.
BTW, I'm checking your gallery too. Get ready to be stalked.
