I'm just stunned how great the shine on the tiles on the wall look considering the looseness of the brushes.

That's a great angle to paint, yet another awesome piece of work. Also it reminds me of Silent Hill for some reason

I would take that for a photo if it wasnยดt because of those dogs.
Iยดm very impressed of the reflections of the light in the walls.

The lighting and the composition are spot-on but what sells this image for me, the tiles on the wall. Brilliant detailing all around. All the grime on the walls and piping reminds me of Enki Bilal's style.

Just like everyone else is reacting, I'm going to drop a quick for the fact that you worked on Assassin's Creed. That turned out AWESOME. Great job!

I've recently finished playing Assassin's Creed (by the way, great game), and I have to say you were attached to an amazing outlet for your specific eye and talent. Have you been in talks with Ubisoft for another project? (I can assume if it's a sequel to AC, you'd be embargoed to specifically talk about it.)
Have you played through Assassin's Creed? If so, what did you think of your conceptual visions as you made your way through the cities and the 'kingdom' overworld? Were things as you saw them in your mind's eye, or was the 'video game' aspect too glaringly distracting from your original ideas?
I'd love to hear from you Raphael! Again, amazing detail and superb execution, my friend.

I have the Game but not the Xbox maybe for Christmas? actually, If I had an important role in the production of this game, I am not a hard core Game ... I left Ubi to work in VFX, film industry now, so the next Assassins will be without me!
cheers

Sorry to hear that. Your skills will go to great use wherever you take them, and if the Assassin's sequel features extended sequence in the Modern/ Future times, they're gonna sorely miss your vision, if this is any indication of where you'd take the Assassin's Concept..
Hehe, good luck to you in your many endevors!

That's sort of a shame...your specific artistic style was a great flavor all through the game. Cheers, friend..have a great holiday season!
