Oh yeah... Freakin' yeah! This is off the badass scale. Totally awesome action pose, moody darkness and stunning effects. You're a genius, raptor. ^..^

It all depends on who you are and who watches you, I'm afraid. And the effect goes up exponentially, the more popular you are. Let's hope you get better-known in the future.

Yeah, thanks again though I knew you'd like it This is the 4th pose I sketched in a single morning about a week before I was finished, each one got progressively better, I sketched them on paper rather than in Photoshop or sketchbook... The main reason for 4 poses was cause I knew exactly the pose I wanted but not the camera angle, but I also kept making everything look like it was in orthographic and not in perspective, and I wasn't sure about the line of action...
During the duration of making was after the first time I went to see Tron opening day, I ended up going two more times throughout making this just to keep myself inspired... Took about 5 days to complete: 2 for the paper art, and 1 for cleaning up the scanned lines in Photoshop and tweaking the pose, though I noticed I did a better posing all together when I sketch it on paper with the tactile contact and 1 to 1 ratio, rather than the ultra-sensitivity of the small Wacom to large monitor, even if I limited the screen space it used it still wasn't right...
Then another day for coloring and a day for the glow and detail shading work...
Also I was going to have a helmet under the glass but It never looked right, the glass alone took a bit to get just right, but I knew it when it was and it was to much going on with his helmet under it anyway...
I'd like to see something from your end, get to making something, I may note you with ideas...

That's a cool story. It's good to see you're really getting into the mood for research and planning before getting to the finished product. I think a lot of people could benefit from that but they won't all have the same level of patience as you!
As for me... Well meep! I did submit something recently, but hopefully there will be more soon!
