I do apologize for the quality of the image. There was so much to the concept that I had to work on A2 instead of my usual A4 and, of course, it wouldn't fit in my scanner. So I had to resort to a photograph. Unfortunately I lost a lot of shading and detail in the photo, but unfortunately that can't be helped

The title describes exactly what you see; Snow White in the shattered remains of the evil queen's magic mirror; each shard of glass reflecting a different reality.

Working Clockwise;
Centre - The classic, iconic Disney Snow White. The one everyone will recognize.

2 o'clock - Happily N'Ever After. A modern day animated Snow White spoof. Here Snow starts out as a spoilt brat with a cellphone ever handy and a party lifestyle.

3 o'clock - That Apple. Again from the classic Disney, dripping with poison seconds after being dipped by the evil queen. The image the potion leaves is a grim foretelling of it's effect.

5 o'clock - Snow White and the Huntsman. Kristen Stewart as a Snow White who goes from victim to kick-ass armoured heroine.

7 o'clock - Mirror Mirror. I'll be honest I've seen this once many years ago and don't remember much about it. However the actress was a fair match for the iconic snow white image Disney have given us.

10 & 11 o'clock - Once Upon A Time. An excellent series where all the fairy tale characters are brought into our reality by a curse with no memory of who they were. The narrative flicks back and forth between parallel events in fairy tale world and our world. Here we have Snow White as a kick ass heroine and pretty much the main protagonist. She might be destined to marry the prince charming she comes to love, but life (and villains and dragons etc.) keep getting in the way.
Mary-Margaret is her real world alter-ego. A shy, sweet school teacher, life has some hard lessons for her. And her relationship with prince charming is volatile and even more on-off than Snow White's. (I redrew Mary Margaret from scratch since the WIP I posted, and I'm much happier with how she turned out this time. Though it's still not perfect).

Oh and in case you are wondering why Snow/Mary Margaret get 3 shards and the rest only get 1, well it's because they exist across 3 realities; The fairy tale realm where Snow lives, the town of Storybrook where Mary Margaret lives, and [Spoiler Alert] the new reality where their Storybrook selves regain all their memories as magic re-enters our world.
