final project for illustration class. the assignment was really open-ended; pretty much illustrate anything for anything (more assignments like this please btw). based off what my influences have worked on, i decided on doing an illustration for a trading card game. originally i was going to do one for each element, but thankfully, due to time constraints, my workload was reduced to just the one.

since it not for any particular TCG, creating the card design was part of my job as well. the text is in there mostly has a placeholder. i don't have any real idea of how the game might actually be played. funny thing is, the only TCG i know how to play is pokemon, and i let go of all my cards years ago.

anyway, made some minor tweaks based on the class's critique.
