I was just lurking and chatting in the Evoloon's discord and tentacle-haired loons came up, and I'm totally not biased at all to tentacle hair so I just very-out-of-the-blue wanted to draw Incella for no reason what so ever.
Fought with the background for at least 6 different backgrounds and looks from detailed to abstract.... only to decide I just wanted something simple and slap into two colours. Rest in piece other backgrounds.
