Well, Actually I have the dubbed spanish version but before I had seem a spanish subtitled version. They called him "Hagen" in that version, too.

Yes, The family name Hagen is the same in all versions, but
in the Japanese version, Dr. Hagen's first name is Ludwig,
Nena's name is the same in all other versions too.
