Description
I created this watercolor and pen skull to be entered in the Red Nightmare contest.I don't think I've ever tortured a piece of paper as much as I did for this one. My wrist is used to it, though.
Note to self: fountain pen ink is water soluble even after it is put on paper. A wet brush will wipe out hundreds of precious dots with each stroke.

I dont know how you could be so patient.. drawing dots is the hardest thing for me to do just for that simple fact.

I guess I like the meditative quality of stippling. Also, going slower forces me to try to do a better job, I suppose.

Aw, I really thought you should have won the red nightmare contest. But I guess the pretty girls will always win no matter what kinda contest it is, lol.

Yeah, can't beat 'em. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd are all pictures of the ladies. Good to keep in mind.
Thanks a lot for the comment!

very well done.. I always appreciate those who can actually draw especially since I can't draw a proper circle..

Thanks a lot! And as for circles: hey, that's what compasses are for.
