Hmm. Interesting.

The objects remind of police riot gear (the shields).
...

A sea of seats, endlessly extending out of shot - a place for everyone. There is such an authoritarian atmosphere with the quantity and the dark tone.

The color doesn't do much for me because there are three instances of it and it is dull like the rest of the scene. All the white on the back of the seats surrounding the green chair lead my eyes to it, so I think it is important. Maybe there is an aura around the chair?
