Found the design online, but was hard to find the exact people who made this. Credit to HanzoGSC for the game mod/hack (Pokémon Diet Green Tea) where this originated and to ClawedNyasu for the actual character design. Credit to me for the custom color (it's teal, not blue) and the finished product!(NOT FOR SALE!!!)
