Description
I grew up watching the movie Braveheart (which, in retrospect, is odd, considering there were dozens of lower-rated movies I wasn't allowed to watch as a child, but my parents allowed me to watch Braveheart *shrug*). At the beginning of the movie, young Murron gives William Wallace a thistle flower. You find out later when they've both grown into adulthood that he's kept the flower his whole life, and keeps the pressed, dried blossom with him.Thistles are not commonly thought of as being a beautiful plant, and to be honest, coming across them in real life can be an extremely painful experience. But because of that sweet little scene in Braveheart, I've always seen them as being a beautiful, romantic flower.

If I remember right, I worked about two hours at a time, three times a week, for about two weeks. So about...twelve hours of work maybe?
