This is really some fantastically detailed work for colored pencils, yet it still has so much texture left from the paper, which must have been touch to balance. Β Usually I have to work on ultra smooth paper to pack in the details but you got it. Β It also appears like you did a lot of colors through blending instead of having a ton of separate colors to choose from and work with. Β Did you use fewer pencils and blend them then, or am I mistaken? Β I kind of want to know if I can pick up on that or not.
But yeah, you will always be the queen of traditional media in my book. Β It's so nice to see such a work of mastery here! Β Lucky commissioner.

I am not sure as the character is not mine ) But if I am not mistaken, it is a kind of "were-dragon" if put it simply. Of course the concept is much more complex, the owner has own setting and storyline, featuring this character
